Welcoming Our New Leadership Team

To support our ambitious goals for 2025, we’re excited to introduce three outstanding leaders who joined JW Contract Screen in 2024:

  • Ryan Eger, Director of Operations
    Ryan brings over a decade of executive leadership experience, having previously served as Project Director/Co-CEO at Cogent Analytics. With a proven track record of revitalizing struggling businesses, he has guided organizations to significant profit increases and sustainable growth. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in leadership and business from Xavier University, combining academic expertise with hands-on results. Originally from Northern Kentucky, Ryan also brings the discipline and strategic thinking honed from his service in the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Army Reserves. His collaborative approach and passion for mentoring teams make him a vital force in driving JW Contract Screen’s growth and innovation.
  • Dyanna D’Arezzo, Office Manager
    Dyanna joins our leadership team with over a decade of experience in business, event, and travel marketing. A Johnson & Wales University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in event planning and marketing, Dyanna has organized successful fundraising events on tight budgets and skillfully negotiated charitable contributions. Her exceptional organizational skills and commitment to customer service excellence allow her to streamline operations and enhance the client experience. Dyanna’s ability to connect with new and diverse demographics is helping expand our brand reach and fostering growth as we aim for new heights in 2025.
  • Jessica Goetz, Shipping Lead
    Jessica Goetz joins JW Contract Screen as our new Shipping Lead. A recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Jessica is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Finance. Her dedication to excellence and continuous learning positions her ideally to oversee shipping operations and ensure timely, efficient deliveries. Jessica’s fresh perspective and commitment to streamlining processes will be invaluable as we continue to grow and enhance our services.

Together, Ryan, Dyanna, and Jessica are instrumental in our growth, quality, and innovation mission.
